Returns

Our Return Policy lasts for 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Used Items:
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for used items. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging when returned.

Electrical Items

All electrical items are covered by us for up to 28 days from the date of delivery. If your item arrives damaged, you must report this within 48 hours of delivery. After 28 days, any issues with your electrical product will be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, and you will need to contact the manufacturer directly for repair or replacement. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred for returns to the manufacturer.

If a faulty electrical item is returned to us within 28 days, you will receive a replacement or a refund.

How to Return

When returning items, choose a delivery service that insures your parcel for the value of the goods being returned. We recommend using tracked or signed-for delivery options and always keeping a proof of postage, as the returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to be processed. All refunds will be credited via the original payment method used when placing your order.

Delivery Charges

Our original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, we can issue a replacement once we receive the returned items.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
