We want you to feel confident when ordering from Smith & Kennedy Scents. Please review our policy below before arranging a return.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.
If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund.

We aim to respond within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).
Electrical Items
Electrical products are covered by us for 28 days from the date of delivery.
• Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Faults reported within 28 days may qualify for a replacement or refund following inspection.
• After 28 days, the manufacturer’s warranty applies and you will need to contact the manufacturer directly.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs to the manufacturer.
Returning an Item
When returning goods, please:
• Use a tracked or signed-for delivery service
• Ensure the parcel is insured for its full value
• Retain proof of postage
Returned items remain your responsibility until received by us.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised products
• Sale items
