MAKING A PURCHASE
Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept all major debit/credit cards, securely processed via Worldpay or PayPal. Your card details are not stored or visible to us. All prices are in GBP (£).
RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. If you choose to cancel your order, you must inform us in writing (via email is acceptable). Once you've informed us of your cancellation, you must return the goods to us at your expense within 14 days. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back, whichever is sooner.
PRODUCTS
We strive to describe our products as accurately as possible. As most of our items are handmade, slight variations in colors or batches may occur.
PRODUCT IMAGES
All images on this website are our property and cannot be used without written consent. These images remain our copyright.
DELIVERY
We dispatch orders within the UK via Royal Mail. For detailed dispatch times and delivery options, please visit our Delivery Page.
DELAYS IN TRANSIT / LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched. While we cannot control Royal Mail delivery timescales, if your order does not arrive as expected, we will investigate and, if necessary, send a replacement or arrange a refund after 14 days have passed without delivery, (14 days from dispatch day)
RETURNS
If you wish to return your order, please contact us to discuss the process. Refunds can only be issued for unused and undamaged goods. Used items cannot be returned. The buyer is responsible for return postage fees.
For damaged items, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, providing photos of the damage and packaging. After 48 hours, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.
ELECTRICAL ITEMS
All electrical items are covered by us for up to 28 days from delivery. If your item arrives damaged, you must report this within 48 hours. After 28 days, any issues must be addressed directly with the manufacturer under their warranty, and the customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred. Faulty electrical items returned within 28 days will be replaced or refunded.
RETURNS FOR SALE ITEMS
Please note that sale items may be subject to different return policies. If you are returning a sale item, refunds may be given as store credit rather than the original payment method.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your item has not been dispatched, we will cancel and refund your full order.
CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLAINTS
If you have any concerns or complaints about your purchase, please contact our customer service team at [contact email/phone number]. We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 days. If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may be able to refer your complaint to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider or the UK’s Consumer Ombudsman.
