FAQ's

Q - How do I order? 

A - Simply add your items to the basket. Once you have chosen your products you can head over to checkout. Remember to enter your details carefully, taking time to check your address is correct. 

Q - How will I know if you have received my order?

A - Once you have completed checkout you will receive an email confirming your order. Once we have made your items, we will email again to advise your order has been dispatched. If you don't receive these messages when expected, please check your email's junk folder.

Q - When will I receive my order?

A- Our current dispatch time is 3 days and delivery times 2-3 days

Q - What if I change my mind?

A - If you have changed your mind, you must contact us to discuss and we will give your the return address- you will be responsible for any return postage and all items returned must be in unused & undamaged.

Q - How long are delivery times?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 days 🚚

We send all orders via the royal Mail 24 tracked delivery service.

Delivery guide time is between 2-3 days after dispatch.

(Please be mindful of busy periods such as Christmas where mail can be slower)

Q- Do you do free delivery?

A - We offer free 2nd class recorded delivery on all orders over £40 (subject to change)

Q- What type of wax melt warmer should I use?

A - As our wax is a very hard wax we do recommend a tea light warmer this will allow the wax to get hot enough to release the scent vapor nice and strong and for longer.

If you use an electric warmer the wax wont get hot enough to get the same scent experience you get from a tea light burner.

All of our in house testing for scent throw & burn times are done using a tea light warmer.
